I have purchased Outlook to Notes but software is not running, I am having Windows Vista, Outlook 2007 & Lotus Notes 6.0 installed in my computer. Why so?

While using Outlook to Notes or any other SysTools Products, You may face situation where software do not perform. So, here we would like our users to check the following:

Working on Windows Vista Compatible Machine: If you are performing conversion process in Windows Vista compatible machine, Then you have to run the SysTools product explicitly as an Administrator.

How to Run SysTools Products as Administrator?

Follow the following steps to run any product as administrator:

  • Transverse to the file system where you have installed the SysTools Product.
  • Right click on .exe file
  • Then choose "Run as Administrator" option.
