This is the common query asked by most of the users of Export Notes while converting Lotus Notes database to Outlook.
Lotus Notes store its contacts in names.nsf file and other items like: emails, calendars, journals, to-do lists are stored in other NSF file. To convert Lotus Notes contacts, users must select names.nsf file while choosing the NSF file to be converted.
To convert Lotus Notes Contacts perform the following task:
Go to start > Programs > SysTools Export Notes, Open SysTools Export Notes. Start-up Screen will appear as follows:
Click Browse button to select names.nsf file to be converted to MS Outlook.
Click Start Scan button to scan the selected Lotus Notes Database. After this, Software starts to scan the contacts as in the screen below:
Select or deselect the items to be converted to MS Outlook (.pst) and select filters accordingly which you want to apply and then click on Export.
